See what we cover

What we will cover.

Three parts, all on one real unit, in the order your team would meet them. Then the rest of the time is yours.

  1. Part 1: A real walkthrough, turned into a punch list.

Walk a unit with a phone and say what you see. The items fill in, pass or fail, each with the video clip and your words attached.

    What you will see

    • The unit’s own punch list on screen while you walk
    • Every pass and fail logged with the video and a timestamp
    • Anything not mentioned stays open
A real walkthrough, every item checked on screen
  2. Part 2: The Verified Turnover Record.

What each finished unit leaves behind for the GC or owner: the walkthrough video, item-by-item verdicts, the photos behind every fix, and the client signature.

    What you will see

    • The unit’s record in the client portal for sign-off, and a client PDF with dated entries
    • A client project manager signing on screen

Example Verified Turnover Record for Unit 214: the walkthrough video, a verdict on every item, the photos behind each fix, and the client signature, reviewed in the client portal, with a client PDF.

    Example record

  3. Part 3: Procore and CompanyCam sync.

How verdicts and photos flow into the systems your project teams already run, and what stays in sync both ways.

    What you will see

    • Failed items and their photos in your Procore Punch List
    • Verdict photos in the CompanyCam project your crews already use
    • How the connections are set up

Example: a failed item with two photos syncs from ProPunch to the Procore Punch List, two-way, and its photos land in the CompanyCam project.

Who it is for.

Each plan is built around your project, so we start with how you work today.

  • Builders and developers

Every door verified before the client walks it, with one record behind each unit across every project you are turning over.

  • General contractors

One verified record per unit, with failed items and their photos landing in your Procore Punch List.

  • Specialty trades

Your crews walk their own units. A failed item goes back to the crew that owns it, with its photo, and stays open until it passes.
